Refund Policy All refunds must be in writing and sent to the President (email is considered a written request).
The request must include the parent(s) name, players name(s) and date of birth. Please include a
mailing address to mail the refund and the reason for the request.
Late fees are not refundable.
Spring Season:
Drop or withdraw before the Player Draft (3/16/19). Refund is amount paid minus $20 administration fee.
Drop or withdraw after the draft date (3/16/19): No refund.
Fall Season:
Drop or withdraw before the Player Draft. Refund is amount paid minus $20 administration fee.
Drop, withdraw after the draft date: No refund.
The Board of Directors shall vote to approve any exception to the refund policy.
