INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Cancellation Times:
- 5:30 PM Weekday game will be cancelled by 4:30PM
- Saturday games will be cancelled by 7:30AM

Communication Methods:
- Text Message (if you signed up)
- Facebook post
- Inclement weather page of the website (Fields will show open or closed.)

If during a game there is any thunder or lightening in the vicinity of the field, all players must leave the field immediately and seek shelter in a dugout or other safe area. The umpire/board member will decide if the players will need to seek shelter in a car. The umpire/board member will also decide, if the game will be able to continue, or if the game will need to resume at a later date.

Please keep in mind even if it is sunny and beautiful near game time, but there has been rain earlier in the day or the prior day; the fields may not be playable. A league official will check the playing conditions of the field and will make a determination on whether or not games can safely be played. The safety of the children is the FIRST priority, additionally we also have to keep in mind the impact that poor playing conditions will have related to integrity of the field.
